‍Pre-screened. We qualify for budget, timeline, and project scope before it hits your calendar.

‍Only completed meetings count. If the homeowner no-shows, we replace it.

‍Simple terms. One-time upfront batch; no subscription; no hidden fees.

‍Cancel/refund (at our discretion). If you cancel, anything already booked or in final scheduling may still count; otherwise we prorate unused appointments.

‍Receipts and reporting. You see the homeowner details and scheduling confirmations.
How does it work?
Lock your area. Choose service zones and estimate windows; pay a one-time $1,219 to reserve your batch.

‍We screen. Homeowners are qualified for budget, timeline, and scope.

‍We book. Appointments are set directly on your calendar with confirmations and reminders.

‍You meet. Only completed, face-to-face meetings count toward your total (we replace no-shows).

‍Wrap & scale. After your at least 5 guaranteed appointments, you can reorder another batch - no long-term contract.
What is my ROI?
Your effective cost per appointment is ≤ $244 ($1,219 ÷ 5). ROI depends on your close rate and margins.

Quick math (examples):

‍Close 1 job
with ~$3,000 gross profit → ROI ≈ 146%Calculation: (3,000 − 1,219) / 1,219 ≈ 1.46

‍Close 1 job with ~$4,500 gross profit → ROI ≈ 269%Calculation: (4,500 − 1,219) / 1,219 ≈ 2.69

‍Close 2 jobs at ~$4,500 each → ROI ≈ 638%Calculation: (9,000 − 1,219) / 1,219 ≈ 6.38

Rule of thumb:
If you close even one of the 5 qualified appointments, you’re usually well ahead. If you want, we’ll plug in your average job size and margin to show your exact break-even and ROI.
How much is each job worth?
It depends on scope, materials, and your market. Typical ranges we see:

Patios and walkways: $8k–$25k+

Retaining walls and outdoor kitchens: $15k–$50k+

Pool hardscaping and full backyard makeovers: $30k–$100k+

What happens if I don’t close the estimate?
We don’t guarantee closed jobs. We guarantee at least 5 completed, exclusive appointments with pre-screened homeowners.

If a homeowner no-shows, we replace it.

If a homeowner cancels, we reschedule when possible.

We’ll share simple pre-appointment texts and an on-site checklist to help lift close rate.
Do I pay this price even if I don’t close any estimates?
Yes. The $1,219 covers the work to screen homeowners and book at least 5 completed, exclusive appointments on your calendar. Your ROI comes from your close rate and margins.

Break-even close rate = 1,219 ÷ (5 × your average gross profit per job)

Examples:If your average gross profit is $3,000, you break even at ~8% close rate.At $4,500 gross profit, break even is ~5%.

Do you give these leads to other contractors?
No. Every appointment is exclusive. We don’t share or resell the same homeowner. If you decline an opportunity or can’t service it, we may reassign that homeowner elsewhere and it won’t count toward your total.
How far are the jobs from my location?
You set the service area (zip codes or a mile radius) and your estimate windows. We only book inside that area. We can also cap drive time (e.g., 45–60 minutes) and cluster appointments to cut windshield time.
How small will the jobs be?
You choose the minimum project scope (patios, walls, outdoor kitchens, etc.). We screen the homeowner request against your criteria. Small repair-only or add-on work below your floor is filtered out unless you ask us to include it. If something slips through, flag it and we’ll review/replace when appropriate.
You charge more than others. Why?
Because we deliver booked, exclusive appointments, not shared lists.

If you’re comparing us to cheap shared leads, you’ll pay less per “lead” there, but more in wasted time, lower close rates, and smaller jobs.
