These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your use of Pavers Hub (“we,” “our,” or “us”)website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agreeto these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Services Overview
DES provides lead generation, appointmentscheduling, and marketing services connecting contractors withqualified homeowners for project bids. We do not guarantee awarded jobs,only the scheduling of qualified bid appointments.
2. Appointment Scheduling & Lead Definition
- A lead is defined as a qualified homeowner who schedules an appointment or books a project.
- We will schedule leads based on your availability and will provide at least 1-hour notice for same-day appointments (if within your schedule).
- All appointments scheduled within your provided availability count toward your lead total.
3. Cancellations & Lead Guarantees
- Client Cancellations: If you cancel services, you are still guaranteed a minimum of 6 qualified appointments, with a $1,500 minimum fee due (as there is no upfront cost).
- Pavers Hub Cancellations: If we cancel services, we will provide 15 days’ notice and prorate invoices at our discretion.
- You may cancel services at any time, and billing will reflect the number of qualified appointments delivered.
4. Appointment & Missed Meeting Policy
- If you miss a scheduled appointment without at least 3 hours’ notice to Pavers Hub or the homeowner, a $400 administrative fee will be added to your balance.
- Rescheduling: If you request to reschedule a confirmed appointment, a $45 rescheduling fee may apply.
5. Payment & Final Billing
- The final billing amount is calculated based on $262 per qualified appointment (unless otherwise stated in your proposal).
- All sales are final and non-refundable. Disputes will not be accepted once services are rendered.
- Non-Payment: If a claim must be filed due to non-payment, a 50% penalty fee will be added to your total invoice.
6. Loss of Contact & Communication
- Clients must respond to lead status updates within 48 hours.
- If 4+ leads go without a response after repeated requests, Pavers Hub may suspend services.
- A $1,999 disengagement fee will be charged if services are suspended due to non-responsiveness.
- If we lose contact with your team (before or during a campaign), Pavers Hub may terminate the agreement and charge up to $2,499, plus any outstanding balance.
7. No Job Guarantee
We do not guarantee that leads will result in awarded jobs or closed deals. Our sole guarantee is the number of scheduled and qualified appointments.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Pavers Hub. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Pavers Hub is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, services, or any contractor we connect you with.
- Pavers Hub acts as a marketing and appointment scheduling service, not as the contractor performing the work.
10. Privacy
Your data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy.
11. Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of NJ, USA. Any disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts of United States.
12. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
